Return & Refund Policy

At HMI-Wholesale Development, we want to ensure our wholesale partners are satisfied with their purchases. Because we specialize in wholesale novelty products, we have established the following guidelines for returns and refunds.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@hmiinternational.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Authorization: All returns must be pre-authorized by our team.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

3. Return Shipping

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), HMI-Wholesale Development will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Customer Remorse: If you are returning an item for other reasons (e.g., you changed your mind), you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

After Shipment:

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may be eligible for a return or refund if the items meet the criteria below.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to large wholesale returns that are not due to damage or error.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

As noted in our Shipping Policy, please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival.

  • If items are damaged or missing, you must notify us within 7 business days of delivery.

  • Please provide photos of the damaged product and the shipping container to expedite the claim.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Clearance or “Final Sale” items.

  • Customized or personalized novelty products.

  • Items not in their original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
