1. Order Processing Time
Order Handling Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship via reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The shipping method is selected based on order size, weight, destination, and your preferences (if applicable).
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
You’ll see the final shipping charges at checkout before you complete your order.
Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders or promotions (details will be specified on the website or via email).
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen.
Most domestic U.S. deliveries arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment.
We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package is in transit.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to check the delivery status of your package on the carrier’s website.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses unless prior arrangements are made.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 7 business days of delivery or the expected delivery date.
Retain all packaging materials and damaged items for inspection.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
8. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are focused on servicing our U.S.-based wholesale customers.
