1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment:
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

After 24 hours or once the order has been processed, cancellations are no longer possible.
After Shipment:
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may be eligible for a return or refund if the items meet the criteria below.
2. Refund Eligibility
